eclipse - Tycho：单独构建插件时无法解决对项目其他插件的依赖

Tycho 不会在 Maven 存储库中查找其依赖项（因为 Maven 存储库没有足够的元数据来解析 OSGi 清单中指定的依赖项）。相反，Tycho 需要来自远程的工件的 p2 存储库。

因此，为了涵盖构建反应器部件的用例，您需要执行以下操作：

让 CI 构建生成一个 p2 存储库，该存储库聚合来自反应器的所有工件，并在静态 URL 上发布该 p2 存储库。（最简单的解决方案是使用 Jenkins 作业并使用指向构建工作区的 URL。）
在您的项目中创建一个配置文件，将 CI 构建 p2 存储库添加为 POM 中具有布局 p2 的存储库。

这样，即使您不同时构建其他模块，项目的工件也将成为模块目标平台的一部分。

我认为除了 maven 坐标之外，您只需要提供到父级的相对路径即可。如果没有相对路径，它仅在父 pom 至少已经在您的本地仓库中时才有效。
