我有一个类似的问题。Unmarshal 方法的文档（http://golang.org/pkg/encoding/xml/#Unmarshal）有：

如果 XMLName 字段具有“名称”或“名称空间-URL 名称”形式的关联标记，则 XML 元素必须具有给定的名称（以及可选的名称空间），否则 Unmarshal 将返回错误。

在 struct 标签中使用“namespace-URL name”：

    XMLName  xml.Name `xml:"https://route53.amazonaws.com/doc/2012-12-12/ CreateHostedZoneRequest"`
}
