这个问题是由于我的 Eclipse 安装目录不可写造成的。这是一个全新的未配置的开箱即用安装，我已经/opt/eclipse在 Linux 上安装了它。但是，除非另有配置，否则 Eclipse 期望写入 安装目录的子目录configuration和p2子目录，并且如果这些不可写入，它不会给出任何明显的错误。

您可以通过确保您的用户可以写入 Eclipse 的安装目录来避免此错误。
