为了最大限度地提高您收到消息的机会，我不会将 time_to_live 设置为仅 3 秒。我将完全省略此参数，以便它采用默认值 4 周。我还将 delay_while 设置为 false，以便电话即使在空闲时也能收到消息。

好吧，您的消息肯定会发送到您的设备，因为 gcm 发送的成功状态为 1。尝试检查您的应用程序的 GCMReceiver 代码。
