仅使用thatDate. 时间set是实时的，而不是延迟。

 AlarmManager am = (AlarmManager) getActivity().getSystemService(Context.ALARM_SERVICE);
 am.set(AlarmManager.RTC_WAKEUP, thatDate.getTimeInMillis(), sender);
