- 初始化 InterceptMouse,将其传递给 app/listview/etc 指针
- 当应用不在焦点上但发生了相应的 mouseenter 事件时开始拦截鼠标。
- 只要事件是mousewheel,listview 的scrollviewer 就会被发送mouseWheel 事件。
- 当应用程序被激活或 mouseleave 被调用时停止拦截鼠标。
