I set the width of my panel according to the sample in http://view.jquerymobile.com/1.3.1/dist/demos/examples/panels/panel-styling.html. Everything goes fine, but my fixed toolber in the footer moves further than the header and the contents. This makes a gap from the fixed toolbar to the panel. Anybody knows how to fix this? Thanks.
