关闭 Visual Studio，包括。帮助（MS Help Viewer），然后转到 %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\（在我的例子中是“C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\”）并将目录 HelpViewer2.0 重命名为 HelpViewer2.0。旧的（以防万一），然后重新启动 IDE。如果需要，重新配置 Visual Studio 帮助查看器以供本地使用。那为我修好了。祝你好运！

已从 Microsoft 找到此建议，请尝试：

(1) go to Tools>Options>Web Browser,  
(2) change the conetents of Home
Page and point to ....http://msdn.microsoft.com, and  
(3) click the Ok button.   

Those messages are gone when I give it a try  in the Seach tab.
