该 spring-tx.jar文件应该在您的类路径中，这意味着它应该出现在(i.e. WEB-INF/lib)您的应用程序的文件夹中

检查您是否只有一个spring-tx.jar具有多个相同类型的罐子也可能导致NoClassDefFoundError
