我readDr()首先使用 sqlcommand "cmd" &调用了该表ExecuteReader()。
之后我调用CalTotAmt(string CC)了它使用 sqlcommand "cmdTotAmt" & ExecuteScalar()。
我已经使用了 2 diff sqlcommand 仍然给出错误。

您通常会通过编写一个一次性计算所有结果的查询来修复它 - 而不是强迫您的代码一遍又一遍地查询数据库。

就像是：

select CCNo,TotalAmt,NoOfRect,Energy,New1,Theft,Misc,SumTotal
from ChallanTable ct
      cross apply
     (select Sum(Amount) as SumTotal from MainDataTable Where CC=ct.CCNo) t

然后你只需要处理结果。
