看起来您走在正确的轨道上，但您错过了一个非常重要的部分——您不能写入 C:\logs，因为只有管理员才有权限这样做。

至于“未找到”“错误”，那些不是错误......只是状态消息。这是构建 log4cplus 的一部分，它正在查看您的平台支持什么。你可以放心地忽略这些。
