所有电子邮件客户端都不擅长显示 HTML。实际上 Outlook 使用（或至少确实使用）Word 来呈现 HTML。不幸的是，使用 CSS 定位元素（就像您使用浮动一样）是一个坏主意。

尝试使用包含两列的表格（是的，我知道）。
