您不创建mDescription TextView对象。

所以,mDescription是空的,你得到你的 NPE。

DescriptionView在构造函数中的第 174 行之前添加此行:

mDescription = new TextView(context);

下次你得到一个 NPE:
当你使用一个未初始化的对象时你得到一个 NPE。因此,检查发生 NPE 的行号并查看您正在使用哪些对象。在这种情况下,它只是mDescription,因此无需查看任何其他代码,很明显它mDescription没有被初始化/创建。

看来您需要初始化 mDescription TextField:

mDescription = new TextView(context);
