Silverlight 仅支持Loaded( RoutedEvent)。引用MSDN：

在 XAML 中，您将其指定为字符串。在代码中，传递标识符（RoutedEvent 值）。Silverlight 中唯一支持的值是 Loaded/FrameworkElement.LoadedEvent。
