date_diff()是 php 5.3.0 版本的内置功能。及以上版本，你可以检查http://php.net/manual/en/function.date-diff.php这就是你得到的原因Fatal error: Cannot re-declare date_diff()所以改变你的函数名这将解决你的问题

date_diff is inbuilt function in php version 5.3.0 you can't redeclare it.
