c# - c#滚动条修改LargeChange onScroll not Value

Question

在滚动框拖动期间触发事件时，是否有保持滚动条保持在其当前位置（myScrollBar.Value）的方法？Scroll在拖动滚动框后释放滚动框后，我可以让它工作，但我试图在滚动它时让它发生。
