假设这是您的 url：http://www.xxx.com/get_chat.php?id="" 服务器应该根据 id 参数发送响应。如果它什么都没有，则发送整个列表，否则发送比该 ID 更新的新数据。

所以，第一次你会得到整个列表，然后服务器会根据最后一项的 id 发送新数据。根据您提到的内容，我假设您可以更新数据库。

现在假设您有一个计时器，并且您的应用程序每秒钟向服务器发送一次请求（如果您想让它成为现实，这是一个可怕的假设。假设每秒钟有 10000 台设备向服务器发送请求！）。 如果没有数据：不要做任何事情（应该检查 onPostExecute 方法） 如果有数据：从数据库中获取整个列表（因为之前添加了新数据，因此您将更新项目）和将其传递给您的适配器。
