我有同样的问题。通过删除现有的 GraphViz 安装 (2.30.1) 并安装 GraphViz 2.26.3 来修复它。确保在 Protege 的 GraphViz 选项中更新点的位置，以便它可以在新位置找到它。之后它起作用了。
