    'django.contrib.staticfiles.finders.FileSystemFinder',
    'django.contrib.staticfiles.finders.AppDirectoriesFinder',
)

确保你有上下文处理器：

TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS = [
    ...
    'django.core.context_processors.static',
    ...
]
