Windows 和 Rails 通常不能像在其他环境中那样工作。使用 Rails 在 Windows 中出现 Webbrick 问题的最佳解决方法是安装另一台服务器进行开发。Mongrel 是一个不错的选择。要安装它：

gem install mongrel

然后启动服务器

rails s mongrel

del tmp\pids\*.*
