您可以离开config.assets.debug = true，但应禁用新资产验证功能

如果您来自 rails 3.2.13，请注意很多人都遇到过这个问题，并且恢复到 3.2.12 似乎可以解决它。您可以在 github 上找到更多信息。

在我的情况下，禁用config.assets.debug会加快一些速度，但恢复到 3.2.12 会将请求时间从大约 4 秒减少到大约 250 毫秒。
