此函数将返回行列表的列。请注意，这要求列表在您尝试访问的列中都有一个元素，但如果需要，更改它会相对简单。

def getcolumn(matrix,index):        #index specifies which column of the matrix you want. note that like all other list indexes, this starts from 0, not one.
    column = []
    for row in matrix:
        column.append(row[index])
    return column
