I am attempting to install PhantomJS 1.8.1-3 on windows via npm. It appears to fail regardless of what I do. Here's the command I am running:

npm install phantomjs

After executing that command, it fails with the following errors:

虽然我不知道为什么会发生这种情况，但我可以在 phantomjs zip 文件步骤中解决来自“npm install”的 ECONNREFUSED 错误，只需手动单独下载 zip 文件，将其放在下载所在的 tmp 目录中试图写入。

phantomjs 还不兼容节点 0.10。你需要 0.08： https ://github.com/yeoman/yeoman/issues/986
