在 WSO2 MB 中，不会为给定的任何名称动态创建交换。因此，要使用“扇出”交换进行这项工作，需要在 qpid-virtualhosts.xml 文件中预先声明。否则使用 WSO2 MB 的默认交换。

您似乎没有正确声明需要绑定队列的交换名称。如果它用于队列，则默认交换名称声明如下，
