您至少需要llvm-3.1哪个组件声明为缺失：

$ llvm-config --libs vectorize
-lLLVMVectorize -lLLVMInstCombine -lLLVMTransformUtils -lLLVMipa -lLLVMAnalysis -lLLVMTarget -lLLVMMC -lLLVMObject -lLLVMCore -lLLVMSupport
$ llvm-config --version
3.1

虽然如果可能的话我会考虑 3.3，因为那是开发似乎已经达到合理点的地方。

编辑：看起来llvmpy-0.11.0正在被拉入其中期望llvm-3.2。采用：

pip install -I llvmpy==0.10.0

而是获取绑定到llvm-3.1. 测试：
