LocalCluster在（出于开发目的）运行时，我遇到了同样的问题。我更改了我的测试配置 YAML 以将工作人员的数量减少到 1：

topology.workers: 1

这纠正了问题。我还没有尝试在实际的分布式集群上运行它，所以我不知道这是否只是在LocalCluster模式下运行的产物。

（在我的代码中，我从不调用LocalCluster.rebalance。）

使用来自主管或 nimbus 节点的风暴重新平衡命令。

例如，storm rebalance mytopology -n 5 -e blue-spout=3 -e yellow-bolt=10。
