出于好奇，从<location>节点中删除 Elmah 处理程序并将它们移回<system.web> and<system.webServer>节点下，看看是否有效。我知道这不是一个理想的解决方案，但它可以确保您的日志记录是开箱即用的，无需特殊处理。

我建议这样做是因为我在 Azure 上遇到了与 Elmah 完全相同的问题。它在没有在节点中处理的情况下正常工作，但在我移动它以保护它的那一刻，它就停止了工作。我还没有时间深入研究根本原因，但这可能会让您有所调查。
