python-2.7 - 运行空闲（python GUI）

Question

当我加载 IDLE（python GUI）时，它显示如下错误消息

IDLE's subprocess didn't make connection. Either IDLE can't start a subprocess or personal firewall is blocking the connection. 

我有我禁用的 Windows Defender，但错误仍然是原样。这里有什么问题？

删除 Python。重新启动计算机。右键单击设置并单击Run As Adminstrator。
