grep认为它没有写入终端,因此它正在缓冲其输出。它的输入没有足够的行匹配它来写它的任何输出,所以你认为它已经挂起。

尝试给出grep选项--line-buffered。例如

channel.exec_command('tail -f log.log | grep --line-buffered "filter" ')
