GWT 不提供 apache commons 包,所以我认为你不能只在代码中使用这个函数。

但你似乎也有你的类型倒退:encodeImage 接受一个字节 [] 并返回一个字符串,而 Base64Decode.decode 接受一个字符串并返回一个字节 []。您可能需要使用等效的 Base64Encode.encode 函数而不是 decode 函数。
