不要覆盖paint()方法。而是覆盖paintComponent()主容器。

称呼super.paintComponent(g)

不要扩展,JFrame而是JPanel将所有内容添加到面板并将面板设置为通常JFrame实例的内容窗格。

您需要在函数super.paint(g)内部paint(Graphics)调用以确保框架内的 Swing 组件正确显示。

尚未使用您的示例对此进行测试,但我认为您需要在覆盖 Frame 上的绘制时调用父类的绘制才能显示 Frame 的组件。像这样:
