事实证明，这对我来说是一个非常愚蠢的错误。当我删除这些行时，我最终让一切正常：

[tableView setTranslatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints:NO];

和

[headerView setTranslatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints:NO];

我在同一个视图控制器中都使用了viewWillLayoutSubviews，viewDidLayoutSubviews在使用 single 管理之后viewWillLayoutSubviews，它对我有用。
