web.config在标签之前system.webServer和标签内添加以下行configuration。

      <sectionGroup name="system.webServer">
           <sectionGroup name="rewrite">
                <section name="rewriteMaps" overrideModeDefault="Allow" />
                <section name="rules" overrideModeDefault="Allow" />
           </sectionGroup>
     </sectionGroup>
</configSections>

这将覆盖mod_rewriteIIS 中的规则。
