很可能delegate未设置地图视图，这意味着viewForAnnotation不会调用委托方法。

由于您已声明mapView为 IBOutlet，因此在 xib 中，请确保地图视图delegate已连接到文件的所有者。

或者，在 MapViewController 方法的顶部，以viewDidLoad编程方式设置它：
