这是 Django 代码中的一个错误（请参阅django 错误报告）。

票证中解决此问题的常用方法是导出您的 shellLANG环境变量。

export LANG="en_US.UTF-8"

那个在 SuSE 设置上对我有用。

对我有用，但是通过编辑 manage.py 来做到这一点，django-admin 创建了一个与以前不同的目录结构，我正在将 settings.py、urls.py 等文件移出子文件夹。

编辑： os.environ["LANG"]="en_US.UTF-8" （在导入操作系统之后）

我使用 sys.append 添加路径以避免导入错误。
