该OPTIONS方法来自执行跨源请求。请参阅为什么我收到的是 OPTIONS 请求而不是 GET 请求？. 即使主机和请求都是 to localhost，端口也不同（5984、8000）。请参阅同源主机，JS 中的不同端口。
