o rbind'ing data.tables 包含重复的“”或 NA 列名现在可以工作，#2726 & #2384。感谢 Garrett See 和 Arun Srinivasan 的报道。这也影响了带有重复列名的 data.tables 的打印，因为头部和尾部在内部是 rbind-ed 的。
