贝宝文档和示例中的程序集名称错误。配置部分应引用程序集名称。所以“PayPal_Core_SDK”应该真的是“PayPalCoreSDK”

有同样的问题，可以通过在 configSections 部分将 PayPal_Merchant_SDK 交换为 PayPal_Core_SDK 来解决。

好吧，在尝试让它工作到昨天深夜之后，我决定创建一个新的 mvc4 移动 Web 应用程序，只输入贝宝引用等，然后低头看，它工作了，现在我不确定出了什么问题与其他应用程序一起使用，但我认为将我的代码逐段传输可能会更快。

我只是想我会让人们知道，如果我有机会，我会再看一遍代码，因为我不喜欢被打败:-)
