您需要确保 IronPython 标准库也可用,因为还ctypes需要一些纯 Python 文件。添加对engine.SetSearchPaths(new [] { "path/to/Lib" });指向库的调用。如果您使用的是安装程序,它可能在C:\Program Files\IronPython 2.7; 在 zip 文件中,它位于 Lib.

如果您正在分发和应用程序,使用相对于您的可执行文件的文件夹是最有意义的;Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly()可能对此有用。

但是,更重要的是,ctypesIronPython 直到 2.6 版才存在。

这包括早期的 2.6 alpha,显然还包括 .NET 4 的 2.6 CTP(从早期的 alpha 衍生而来)。如果您想确切地知道它何时进入 2.6(哪个 beta 等),那么该信息可能在某处可用,但您真的不应该关心。使用最终的 2.6 或更高版本。

如果您不能这样做,那么这里至少有一个您可以使用的第三方实现。
