这里没有足够的信息，但有（至少）两件事需要考虑：

  1. 您没有已设置的其他 Python 相关环境变量。例如使用虚拟环境或让 Python 指向其他地方。请检查是否PYTHONHOME已PYTHONPATH设置。
  2. 您尝试加载的 DLL 与 Python 解释器具有相同的位大小。IE 。如果您有 64 位 Python，您可能需要（但不总是）加载 64 位 DLL。
  3. 在您的字符集中正确读取路径规范。
    sys.path.append(r"C:\Program Files\SomeApi")
