将 taskExecutor.properties 移至 root 并尝试

通过命令行运行似乎区分大小写，但加载这些资源时 Eclipse 不区分大小写。

重命名taskexecutor.properties以taskExecutor.properties解决问题。哎呀。希望这可以帮助将来像我一样愚蠢的人;-)
