我很确定target_link_libraries()宏接受一个目标作为它的第一个参数：

  target_link_libraries(<target> [item1 [item2 [...]]]
                        [[debug|optimized|general] <item>] ...)

你忘了指定它。所以，而不是target_link_libraries(${XercesLib})，尝试target_link_libraries(${PROJECT_NAME} ${XercesLib})。
