所以我们发现问题在于我们在暂存中启用了线程安全，因为它将成为 Rails 4 中的标准。显然自动加载不是线程安全的，这就是未加载模型的原因。 该错误也在这里讨论。 解决方法是设置以下

config.threadsafe! unless $rails_rake_task
