问题是您正在创建第一个项目index=0,然后使用它index作为标签来识别项目。你不应该使用整数作为标签,它是为项目的 id 保留的,但是,你毕竟可以使用它。除了0被 Tcl 评估为 false 之外,因此您没有有效地为它定义任何标签。事实证明,当您打电话时,canvas.move(0, ...)您不会移动任何创建的圆圈。但是您创建的下一个项目被分配了一个标签“1”,当您调用时,canvas.move(1, ...)您实际上是在移动您之前创建的项目(具有“金色”颜色的项目),因为它被 Tcl 自动分配了 id“1”。对创建的所有其他圆圈重复此操作。

解决它的快速方法是更改index + 1​​用于您传递的所有这些索引的代码。但是您包含的代码中有几个问题,所以这是一个修改后的代码,可以执行您所追求的:
