我建议做的是将 Timer 声明移动到 JFrame 中,然后在每次需要计时器时创建“DisplayCountdown”类的新实例,并移动“timer.schedule(new DisplayCountdown(), 0, 1000) ;" 在别处排队。

如果你清除一个定时器对象,它会被完全重置,所以你不需要创建一个新的定时器对象,只需要添加一个新的 TimerTask。
