并非所有的声明都失败了，我似乎能够声明全局变量但不能声明局部变量。

问题是微软 C 编译器只支持 C89 标准，它不允许声明和代码的混合。改成：

    UNREFERENCED_PARAMETER(a);
    UNREFERENCED_PARAMETER(b);
