并且不运行..我尝试更改config.serve_static_assets = false为真实，config.assets.compile = false真实..rake assets:clean RAILS_ENV=production什么都没有..rake assets:precompile什么都没有..我不知道怎么做。

如果你在 heroku 上运行，heroku 希望config.assets.initialize_on_precompile是假的，例如，它会注意编译包含的 gem 的资产。为我解决这个问题的是启用 user-env-compiling，通过运行：

 heroku labs:enable user-env-compile -a <application-name>

并设置config.assets.initialize_on_precompile为truein config/application.rb。
