在 64 位 Linux 上运行windres时出现问题，您需要安装 32 位库。在 Linux Mint 上，我安装了 ia32-libs 包：

正如 Leo 所指出的，当您的当前目录不是 launch4j 目录时会发生此错误。

Launch4j 尝试通过查看launch4j.properties 的类路径来找到它自己的安装目录。这是在 Util.java 中完成的，位于 getJarBaseDir() 方法的顶部。最近更改为具有以下几行：

String path = uri.getPath();

if (path.startsWith("file:")) {
  String jarPath = path.substring(5,path.lastIndexOf('!'));

问题是 uri.getPath() 不返回本地文件 URI 的“file:”部分——它只返回以 / 开头的 URI 的路径部分。我将最后两行更改为此，它开始工作：

if (path.startsWith("/")) {
  String jarPath = path.substring(0, path.lastIndexOf('!'));

注意子字符串中的 5 -> 0 因为我们不再需要删除“file:”部分。为了编译launch4j，我不得不将build.xml.prod 重命名为build.xml，但除此之外它工作得很好。

我也遇到了这个问题，我通过修改 launch4j 代码解决了这个问题。
在 Class Launch4JTask.java 我替换了这一行
