asp.net-mvc-3 - Unable to change App_Data permissions in msi instalation

Question

In the file system of setup i had given Read & Write permissions to the app_data folder. But when installed it has only Read permissions.

I'm running on VS2010 , Windows 7, IIS 7 , MVC3

Visual Studio 安装项目不支持基础 Windows Installer LockPermissions 表。此项目类型从 VS2012 中删除的众多原因之一。切换到不同的工具或使用自定义操作重新发明轮子。
