Rails 默认只创建一个 application.js 和一个 application.css。如果你想要多个目标文件，不知道你是怎么做的！

看起来您已经设置好只生成一个 application.js 和一个 application.css 文件。因此，所有引导程序都将在您的 application.css 中，这意味着我认为您不需要单独包含引导程序 css。尝试删除 boostrap css 标签，看看会发生什么。

如果这不起作用，我会查看公共/资产。Rails 对您的 application.js 和 application.css 很满意，我怀疑这是因为它们存在于 public/assets 中，而 bootstrap-responsive.css 不存在。所以这就是我开始调试的地方。
